For several years AQLE has invested in the training of apprentices and students in alternation, an approach that allows, in a field as complex as that of embedded electronics, to ensure the transfer of know-how from experienced teams to future hires.
In 2021 the company has materialized 2 hires following alternation contracts. It has also offered 5 alternating students who have passed their exams to complete their curriculum with AQLE.
